Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or deployment roles within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating at both strategic and executional levels, translating business strategy into workforce outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of utilisation, margin, and delivery economics.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous decision-making environments.
- Advanced analytical capability, with experience using workforce and financial data to drive insight and action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
