Job Description
Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) is seeking an Intake Coordinator to act as the initial point of contact for Iraq and Afghanistan veterans and their families who reach out to the Rapid Response Referral Program (RRRP). The Intake Coordinator is responsible for contacting all veterans and family members, conducting an intake assessment, and documenting all contact and case information into IAVA's database system.
Requirements
- Act as first point of contact for all veterans and family members
- Ensure all intakes are responded to within one business day
- Conduct intake assessments gathering basic information about the reason the veteran called
