Customer Success Representatve (CSR)

We need a Customer Success Representative to support Global Account Managers and Managing Directors in managing customer relationships and growth of Global Industry Accounts at Iron Mountain.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience managing relationships with large and complex customers.
• Solid knowledge of Iron Mountain's organizational structure, hierarchy, products, and services globally.
• Proven ability to take initiative, proactively resolve problems, work independently, and maintain strong interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers globally.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with ability to speak English.
