Customer Success Representative

Customer Success Representative responsible for supporting Global Account Managers and Managing Directors in managing Global Industry Accounts relationships and growth. Collaborate in the development and execution of Global Accounts strategies, lead operational and account support activities, drive business growth and customer loyalty by building and maintaining solid relationships with key customer contacts.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience managing relationships with complex and large clients.
• Solid knowledge of the Iron Mountain organizational structure, hierarchy, products, and services at a global scale.
• Proven ability to take initiative, proactively resolve problems, work independently, and maintain solid interpersonal skills, with experience working with clients at a global level.
• University degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to speak English.
