Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will generate net new sales revenue by engaging large companies and securing transactional opportunities. You will join a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to establishing Iron Mountain's presence in our new Tampa location and driving success from the ground up.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales working with large enterprise accounts
- Strong knowledge of complex sales processes, virtual selling via video platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
- Proven ability in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and negotiating with key decision-makers to overcome objections
