Requirements
- Proactively hunt and engage potential new clients across target markets and industries to generate a consistent sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, conduct in-depth prospect research, and tailor solutions to consistently exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiation and closing, while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts with business goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a strong emphasis on aggressively hunting and securing new business.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sales planning, exceptional negotiation, and relationship-building to influence key decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).
