Job Description
Ironclad is a leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. The company is looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to support its Latin America sales team as it expands globally.
Requirements
- Mission-oriented and passionate about working in an industry that skews heavily towards human/manual work
- Exceptional verbal communicator with the ability to capture an audience with clear and confident language
- Technically proficient with experience in technical configuration and a willingness to develop technical skills
- Team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals
- Independent and able to learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
- Experience in Enterprise Solution Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Native or professional-level fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to ensure high-touch engagement with prospects across various LATAM time zones
- Will to travel regularly to LATAM countries (25-50% of the time)
