Your mission at Ironforge
You penetrate complex processes and quickly grasp the functional core of various target systems? Then we're looking for you to drive digitalization forward together with us - as an IT Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) in Bern!
What's on the agenda
- You conduct requirement analyses in large digitalization and migration projects
- You lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and cost and effort estimation
- You sketch use cases and process modeling and create business cases
- You plan, implement, and develop complex IT solutions and coordinate all development orders
What you bring
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a business analyst
- You know the ropes with digitalization and migration projects
- You have well-developed analytical skills and work solution-oriented
- You have collected experience in testing as part of your BA tasks
- Experience in the public sector is a plus
- Very good German and good French skills complete your profile
