Your Mission at Ironforge
You dissect complex processes in the public sector and quickly grasp the functional core of various target systems? Then we're looking for you to join us in driving digitalization forward - in the role of Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) in Bern!
What's on the agenda
- You conduct requirement analyses in large digitalization and migration projects
- You lead projects focused on functionality, quality, and cost and effort estimation
- You sketch use cases and process modeling and create business cases
- You plan, implement, and develop demanding IT solutions and coordinate all development orders
What you bring
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a business analyst in the public sector
- You know your way around digitalization and migration projects
- You possess well-developed analytical skills and work solution-oriented
- You have IREB and HERMES certification (or are ready to obtain it shortly)
- Excellent German and good French skills round out your profile
