Job Description
Customer- and service-oriented support of order receipt and processing, successful consulting of customers, and coordination with logistics. Promotion of the topic of 'Service-Excellence' to a new level within the IronMaxx-Crew.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the area of wholesale and foreign trade
- At least two years of experience in the area of sales internal service and/or customer service
- Secure user knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Very good communication skills and solution-oriented problem solving
