Job Description
As Head of Demand Planning & Sales Forecasting, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for precise, agile, and scalable demand and production planning at IronMaxx, driving real impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable field
- Several years (7+) of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain (ideally in FMCG / Food / E-Commerce)
- Confident handling of ERP and planning tools (e.g. SAP Business One, Streamline) plus strong analytical and Excel skills
- Several years in leadership responsibility and team coordination
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- High affinity for process optimization, data, and KPIs
- Very good English language skills
