Job Description
Ironwear is seeking a Regional Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with key clients in Northern Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or account management, strong relationship-building skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgeting reports, and performance metrics
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery
- Represent Ironwear at industry events and trade shows
