Job Description
Maintains and repairs the facility's structure, machinery, equipment, grounds, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC systems. Performs skilled trade work, such as carpentry, painting, repairs or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs, or office fixtures.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in large resort, hotel or country club property
- Large landscape maintenance experience
- Commercial pool maintenance experience
- Building maintenance experience
