Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Lead to join our Governance Services team as the Account Lead for a set of Consumer Services enterprise clients. The role is crucial for ensuring the effective account management, delivery and growth of ISG Governance services within the set of assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services
- Proven expertise in ITSM and AMS / IMS engagements and account leadership
- A good understanding of Health Sciences industry
- Strong background in client relations, vendor management, and service delivery within complex contracts
