Instructional Designer - Senior Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, and consulting services, with a focus on creating e-Learning courses, QRG, Simulations and Digital Adoption.
• DAP certifications (eg. WalkMe Builder) with experience will be given preference
• Created at least 3 end to end training courses and developed training materials for them
• Excellent attention to detail and strong command of American English grammar (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and balance priorities across various stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate global projects, with a deep commitment to quality and detail in all deliverables.
