Job Description
Mindtickle is a market-leading revenue productivity platform that combines on-the-job learning and deal execution to get more revenue per rep. As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will lead impactful learning solutions to help customers' adoption and engagement, collaborate closely with peers and stakeholders, and develop best-in-class learning assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Developer or Content Designer along with a bachelor's degree
- Advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production/development
- Experience driving projects end to end with SMEs, from analysis to final deployment, and hands-on experience using PowerPoint
- Experience building eLearning solutions using authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or Rise
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems
- Instructional Design certification (preferred)
- Experience in curriculum design and learning consultancy (preferred)
- Exposure to multiple output formats such as SCORM, videos, and job aids (preferred)
