Job Description
ISG Technology is seeking a Solutions Architect II to join the Growth and Solutions team. The role focuses on technical pre-sales, solution design, and client presentations for ISG’s managed services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and adaptable individual with a strong understanding of ISG’s core values and commitment to customer success. The Solution Architect II will support the sales team and work with clients and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in MSP Solution Architect or related roles
- Professional Level Certifications across one or more technologies
- Strong experience in Microsoft products and online solutions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet ISG’s insurance requirements
- Strong personal and professional communication and presentation skills
