Growth Marketing Generalist - B2B

Growth Marketing Generalist - B2B role for a full-time position with 40 contracted hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership of content, creative, and campaign delivery. The role requires a strong copywriting ability, proficiency in Canva and Figma, and experience with paid social, website management, and events. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
• Hands-on ownership of content, creative, and campaign delivery
• Strong copywriting ability across formats
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma
• Experience with paid social, website management, and events
• Commercial understanding and ability to connect creative decisions to business outcomes
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, and basic marketing reporting
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform
• Comfortable with a CMS (WordPress or similar) for content and page management
