Head of Growth Marketing

We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive enterprise pipeline while building category awareness for our platform, Writesonic. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on campaign execution and experience with paid campaigns, ABM, and outbound tools.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at companies in $2M-$20M ARR range
• Hands-on campaign execution in the last 6 months (not just management)
• Built and optimized paid campaigns yourself (LinkedIn, Google)
• Experience with signal-based outbound and ABM tools (Clay, Apollo, Unify, or similar)
• Can create landing pages (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
• Managed marketing budget of $50K+/month
• Track record generating enterprise pipeline ($20K+ ACVs)
• AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)
