We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who can drive enterprise pipeline while building category awareness. This is a building role, not a strategy role. You'll own the full growth engine: paid campaigns, influencer marketing, webinars, ABM programs, outbound sequences, LinkedIn and more.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at companies in $2M-$20M ARR range
- Hands-on campaign execution in the last 6 months (not just management)
- Built and optimized paid campaigns yourself (LinkedIn, Google)
- Experience with signal-based outbound and ABM tools (Clay, Apollo, Unify, or similar)
- Can create landing pages (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
- Managed marketing budget of $50K+/month
- Track record generating enterprise pipeline ($20K+ ACVs)
- AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)
- Builder Mentality
- Ships experiments weekly, not quarterly
- Shows things you've built, not just managed
