As our Concessions Attendant, you will work as the central resource to our quick-service food operations, providing genuine hospitality, speed, and accuracy to our guests.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest
- Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings in accordance with established standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines
- Operate cash register and receive payment in cash or credit card while accurately counting and providing change for guests when applicable
- Prepare food and beverage throughout the day as needed by anticipating and reacting to guest volume
- Work neatly and safely under the sanitary guidelines of the Health Department Rules and Regulations
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining food and beverage preparation process
- Complete food and beverage preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion
- Perform shift opening/closing/side work duties as assigned
- Stock and replenish food, beverage, paper products, and utensils as needed
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain amenities, per sanitation guidelines
- Follow sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
- Set up/break down events and resort functions
