Requirements
- Know local health and safety codes and regulations
- Ensure the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times
- Follow provided brand and IHM recipes
- Prepare and plate all food items on the menu
- Use hot food preparation machines
- Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors
