Job Description
As a Guest Services Coordinator at Island Hospitality, you will handle routine office/clerical tasks, assist guests with inquiries and concerns, and provide excellent customer service. This role involves checking guests in/out, administering resort records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Flexible scheduling is often required.
Requirements
- Greet and establish rapport with guests
