Job Description
Join our team as a Line Cook where you can dazzle our guests with your high standards of quality through the presentation, preparation, and cooking abilities.
Requirements
- Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
- Ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times
- Receiving food and beverage orders as needed
- Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests
- Preparing and plating all food items on the menu
- Using hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
