Maintenance Tech

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various hotel systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. The ideal candidate will be able to work on a team or alone, observe health and safety guidelines, and maintain the hotel's buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Requirements

• Recognize, report, and correct potential safety hazards
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs
• Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects
• Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs
• Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Work with Chief Engineer and Management team to identify and accomplish all technical and skilled related projects
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
• Respond to emergency situations on short notice
