Job Description
Resort Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventative maintenance, provide excellent customer service, and assist with guest needs.
Requirements
- Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities
- Inspect and repair irrigation system, playground equipment, and recreational amenities
- Ensure resort is presentable and adheres to Island's curb appeal standards
- Perform lawn care services, including trash pickup and removal
- Clean resort amenities, maintain vacant sites, and remove snow
- Assist Resort Manager with supervision of service contractors and report maintenance issues
