Restaurant Server

Restaurant Servers are responsible for delivering superior guest service in the food and beverage outlet, including setting up, delivering, and retrieving food and beverage orders. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work in stressful situations.

Requirements

• Know local health and safety codes and regulations
• Ensure the restaurant service space remains well-stocked
• Serve drinks while following company, local, and state guidelines
• Read, understand and execute complicated BEO's
• Validate customers' IDs and monitor beverage consumption
• Follow financial control procedures
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors
• Follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Event experience required
