Sous Chef

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, club, or bistro, preferably in a leadership role. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in a high-end restaurant, club, or bistro, preferably in a leadership role
• Experience with high volume
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Culinary degree (a plus but not required)
