Cheesemonger

A Cheesemonger prepares, packages, receives, and stocks cheese and related products, assisting guests with selections and maintaining a neat and organized display. They must be passionate about cheese and knowledgeable about cheeses and Italian cuisine.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic knife skills
• Knowledge of cheese and/or Italian cuisine preferred
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
