Job Description
The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for pre-voyage dining coordination, table assignments, and welcoming guests at the entrance. Consistently exhibits personal qualities of style, elegance, poise, and grace while maintaining a positive attitude in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in F&B experience and Hostess / Receptionist / Front Desk in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service
- Very good level of English language
- Able to speak 1 of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, and German (exception with English only)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of software packages
- Must be able to work under pressure and unsupervised
- Minimum 21 years old
