Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in a food preparation/service position in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service
- Ability to analyze and interpret documents such as recipes and manuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, tips, proportions, percentages
- Minimum 21 years old
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions
- Good level of English language
