FSY - LAUNDRY ASSISTANT MANAGER

Four Seasons Yachts is seeking a Laundry Assistant Manager to oversee the laundry services on board the yacht. The successful candidate will ensure that all laundry services meet the highest standards and are conducted in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• Minimum High School education or higher
• Minimum of five years related experience as Laundry Master in luxury hotels and/or onboard cruise line
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Open minded and flexible
• Ability to work with international crew and guests
• Communicate effectively with the senior management
• Experienced in coaching subordinates
• Must be cost and quality conscious
• Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it
• Work with international team members
• Perform assigned duties under pressure (time constraints)
• Possess ability to lead and make decisions
• Good administrative skills
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations
