Royal Caribbean - Housekeeping Supervisor

ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor position onboard Royal Caribbean Group. The role involves overseeing assigned areas, coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager/Director, and ensuring quality standards and service are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum of two (2) years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment as Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager
• Cruise ship experience will be as an advantage.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• Strong knowledge in Housekeeping procedures and cleaning policy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard crewmembers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
