Job Description
ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for an Assistant Chef de Partie Pastry for Viking Ocean Cruises. The successful candidate will assist the Chef de Partie to effectively supervise and manage the onboard Pastry/Bakery Production, ensuring quality standards and procedures are in line with the Company's Rules & Regulations and STAR Service Standards.
Requirements
- Hold advanced cooking skills and demonstrate the ability to run a productive Galley section independently
- Ensure menus, recipes, guidelines, and methods are followed accordingly
- Maintain the expected level of food quality in the area of responsibility
