iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Business Support Associate to join our Team! This role is ideal for those currently studying or recently entering the IT industry, with an interest in customer service, helpdesk operations, and technical support.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a certificate or degree program related to IT, computer science, or a technical support field.
- Two+ years of practical experience (including internships) in: Customer service, helpdesk, or technical support roles
- Responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance.
