Senior Software Engineering Manager

iSoftStone is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to build and scale the engineering team in Everett, WA. The selected candidate will operate as both a people leader and technical contributor, mentoring engineers, guiding complex system design, and establishing technical standards.

Requirements

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across product and business teams
• Define the engineering vision and long-term roadmap
• Establish scalable processes and planning frameworks
• Lead, mentor and grow our engineering team
• Partner closely with product, research and business stakeholders
• Establish effective engineering processes
• Play a key role in hiring, structuring, and scaling the engineering team
• Guide the design and development of applications, hardware integrations and data reporting and analytics systems
• Contribute hands-on to critical architecture decisions, system design, and complex feature development
• Establish and maintain strong engineering standards across the platform
