Manufacturing Engineer

Isola is hiring a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to troubleshoot machines and develop new ideas for automated machine improvement using the latest technology, tools, and methods. The role will take ownership of engineering projects and actively engage and support production and maintenance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proficiency in SolidWorks software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
