Requirements

• Leading the manufacturing/process engineering team's daily tasks
• Leading daily, weekly, monthly engineering goals and plant engineering objectives
• Maintaining engineering standards and methods
• Implementing continuous improvement programs
• Resolving production constraints
• Analyzing capacity and technical capabilities
• Applying technology within existing processes
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
