
Job description
The Director of Learning will lead the Future Pathways team, ensuring career and university guidance support services are consistently provided to existing students in schools. They will also promote and facilitate the use of ISP's Learning First Framework to Embed Quality in all schools.
The role involves leading the Future Pathways team, providing advisory support to Leaders to develop clear targets and action plans, and monitoring and supporting schools' progress against these. You will also review and provide feedback on evidence provided by schools and its visibility and impact on learning.
The ideal candidate will have a secure knowledge of ISP's offerings and development programmes to strengthen Leadership for Learning in schools. They will also have a comprehensive knowledge of the ISP Learning and Innovation Strategy and be able to promote the various opportunities for improving each school's offer.
