Role Overview

The Head of Secondary School and Sixth Form is responsible for reviewing and revising school policies, and takes a whole school perspective and contributes to the strategic vision and planning of the School’s development. The role is responsible for overseeing the work of MLT members in Secondary, commissioning and monitoring baseline testing, and overseeing target setting and the tracking of pupils’ performance.

What You Will Do

The Head of Secondary School and Sixth Form will be responsible for teaching, learning, and achievement, administration, staff management, communication, finances, and facilities. They will also be responsible for drawing up, maintaining, and implementing an academic curriculum development plan.
