The Learning Leader will define the learning vision, curriculum planning, and evaluation, ensuring the quality of teaching processes. They will promote continuous professional development, investigate and promote new pedagogical strategies, and supervise student academic performance.
The Learning Leader will conduct classroom observations, model good practices, and foster professional growth. They will also create an inclusive and collaborative environment among teachers, students, and parents.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field, and several years of experience as a classroom teacher. They will be able to implement educational technologies, interpret academic results, and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
