Support teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate effective teaching and learning programs. Analyse student achievement data to identify learning needs and inform targeted interventions. Collaborate with school leadership to support whole-school improvement initiatives.
Design and deliver professional learning for staff aligned with school priorities. Model effective teaching strategies and support classroom practice through coaching and mentoring. Support curriculum development, alignment, and implementation.
