Operations Specialist

iSpot.tv is a company that helps advertisers measure the brand and business impact of TV and streaming advertising. As an Operations Specialist, you will partner with internal teams to create a world-class legal, finance & operations department that supports an innovative, scaling company.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and assist in the sign-off of documents, including sales agreements, GTM/Finance operational process documentation, business requirements documents or workflows
• Manage task or project lifecycles from initiation to completion
• Build relationships with teams to accelerate agreements, drive continuous process improvement
• Provide project management and administrative support to understanding and documenting cross-functional business processes
• Identify bottlenecks in revenue operations processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
