Job Description
ISS STOXX is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, data, and process optimization. The role involves owning system administration, automation, integrations, and data quality for HubSpot, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that elevate marketing and sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT; 1.5+ years in marketing automation (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo)
- 1+ year scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred)
- Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of HubSpotâs data and security model
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP)
- Ability to thrive in an Agile environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
