We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Middelfart. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for daily operations in the kitchen, working closely with the head chef to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to work creatively with seasonal ingredients, contribute to menu planning and development, and work closely with colleagues across kitchens and houses.

Requirements

• Trained as a chef or catering
• Solid experience from canteen or large kitchen
• Professionally strong craftsman within food
• Passionate about good ingredients and green food
• Desire to work creatively in daily life
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to work structured and have an overview
