iT1 is looking for a dynamic, motivated, Corporate Recruiter to join their growing team in Tempe, AZ. The Sales Talent Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive sales talent.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive sales talent
• Ability to build relationships quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of sales roles, sales hiring profiles, and revenue-driven environments
