Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman
- Strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on tools when needed
- Ability to mentor Foreman's, Journeymen, and apprentices
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Working knowledge of Procore
- Basic computer skills
