Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems.
- Be able to run several projects on one Industrial site.
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to work on tools when needed.
- Be able to mentor Foreman's, Journeymen, and apprentices.
- Be able to read schematics and blueprints
