Job Description
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The incumbent will also manage government relations, handle paperwork, and represent the company in government-related HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in an HR operations role
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor law, employee policies, and Saudization regulations.
- Strong experience and proficiency in managing government relations.
- Sound knowledge of government portals and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent propensity for attendance and punctuality.
