Account Manager and Digital Transformation Consultant

As a member of the Strategy and Consulting Department, you will focus on business transformation related to Sales, Account Management, and guide clients in their digital transformation journeys, including customer experiences online and offline, Marketing Automation, Social CRM, CDP, Analytics, Technology, CRM.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
• Proactivity, detailed orientation, strong analysis, critical thinking, and solution designing skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to connect the dots and figure things out.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with RFP (request for proposals) and RFQ (request for proposals).
• Advanced Keynote/Powerpoint and visualization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field are expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; System integration.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• You show a keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes;
• You are a flexible and dynamic team player
• You feel comfortable in new environments and are not afraid to speak up
